Research on the integration of flue gas desulfurization and dust removal in oil shale refining

چکیده
The flue gas of oil shale retort is characterized by high humidity, low sulfur content and tar content, which makes it impossible for traditional desulfurization facilities to deal with such normally. By collecting parameters at the inlet outlet original tower dry distillation gas, combining computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation, this paper analyzes fault reasons each step in process gas. Through experimental study, flocculation characteristics suspended solids petroleum substances circulating liquid were analyzed. results show that concentration Na2CO3, Ca(HO)2, CaO desulfurizer can promote flocculation, beneficial removal substances. wet limestone-gypsum system was transformed into sodium carbonate dust integrated system. method sedimentation used remove sludge substances, ensure normal operation emission up standard.
